Hi  STARR Bajan,

We’ve been seeing more and more signs of social frustration and growing mental health struggles across different parts of our society. In this week’s newsletter, we’re taking a closer look at practical ways to deal with the challenges we face every day—whether it’s in our personal lives, with family, or at work. It’s so important to approach these issues with kindness and find support systems to help us get through tough times.

As Program Coordinator for the National Anti-Stigma Campaign, Ryan is on a mission to break down stereotypes and promote mental health awareness across Barbados. He notes that mental health begins with emotional regulation as a baby and continues throughout the stages of our lives.
